Pigment publishes no prices; checked on 25 Sep 2026 at pigment.com/contact. No free trial is listed on pigment.com.

Pigment publishes no prices, so the table below lists the packages it sells and what each one covers instead of a figure. Work out what your quote will be built from before the first call, and ask for a price on the package you expect to add next while sales is still answering questions.

If the number comes back above budget, the cheaper options are on Pigment alternatives, or start from the best Forecasting Software.

The second use case is where quotes separate, so look at breadth as well as price: Pigment next to Anaplan, Pigment next to Planful and Pigment next to Vena, within forecasting software.

What pushes Pigment cost up

Pigment covers FP&A and consolidation, supply chain, sales and workforce planning. Starting with one use case and adding others later is the usual way cost grows.

Ask how users are licensed (model builders, contributors, viewers) and whether the Modeler, Analyst and Planner AI agents are included or priced as an add-on.

Pigment add-ons and extra fees

Extra costs and add-ons listed by Pigment:

  • AI agents (Modeler, Analyst, Planner) are part of the product line. Ask which are included.

Implementation: No implementation fee is published. Ask whether Pigment or a partner implements and how services are priced.

What to confirm before you sign

Get license types defined

Ask which roles need a paid license and whether viewers or occasional contributors cost less.

Ask how AI is licensed

Confirm whether the AI agents shown in the demo are in the base contract.

Price the second use case

If you start with FP&A and plan to add workforce or sales planning, get that price in the first quote.

Write down the plan you want before you price the platform. The rolling forecast template and the headcount planning template make the use cases explicit, and the forecasting software ROI calculator gives you a ceiling to negotiate under. Anaplan's application-based quote is the usual alternative.

Pigment pricing FAQ

How much does Pigment cost?

+

Pigment does not publish prices (checked 25 Sep 2026). Pricing is quoted through its contact form and depends on use cases and users.

Does Pigment have a free trial?

+

No free trial is listed on pigment.com as of 25 Sep 2026.

What type of software is Pigment?

+

A planning platform covering FP&A and consolidation, supply chain, sales and workforce planning, with an interface builder called Frames. Most buyers start with one use case, which is also where the cost grows later.

Is Pigment an EPM tool?

+

Pigment does the planning and consolidation work EPM usually covers, alongside sales, supply chain and workforce planning. On pricing it behaves like one: nothing published, license types quoted, and the second use case priced separately.

How much does Pigment AI cost?

+

Not published. The Modeler, Analyst and Planner agents are part of the product line, so ask whether the agents shown in your demo sit in the base contract or come as an add-on. Checked 25 September 2026.

Is Pigment better than Anaplan?

+

Neither publishes a price, so cost cannot separate them on paper. Both quote from use cases and license types. Ask each one for the price of the second use case you expect to add, which is where the two quotes usually diverge.
