What pushes Quadient AR (formerly YayPay) cost up

Quadient packages AR automation (credit management, collections, dispute management, customer payments, cash application) inside the wider Quadient finance suite with AP automation and invoice delivery. Ask whether the quote is for AR alone or a bundle.

Ask which volume drives price, such as customers, invoices or users, and whether payment acceptance carries its own processing fees.

Extra costs and add-ons listed by YayPay:

  • AP automation, invoice delivery and a cash dashboard are separate Quadient products that can be bundled.

What to confirm before you sign

Confirm the product you are buying

Ask whether the contract is for the former YayPay product or a newer Quadient AR platform, and what the migration path is for existing customers.

Price AR on its own

If Quadient proposes a suite, get the AR line priced separately so it can be compared with standalone AR tools.

Ask about payment fees

Customer payments run through Quadient. Get card and ACH processing rates in writing.

Work out what the AR line has to be worth before you hear a bundle price. The AR aging and collections tracker gives you the baseline and the AR automation cash flow calculator converts a DSO improvement into cash. Upflow's published Payments fee is the nearest public rate.
