What pushes FloQast cost up
FloQast says pricing is built around packages and business outcomes, not seat count, so adding accountants should not add license cost. What raises the price is adding packages: Close Automation on top of Close Optimization, then Compliance, Reporting or Transform.
Ask what sizes the quote within a package, for example the number of entities, reconciliations or ERPs connected.
FloQast add-ons and extra fees
Extra costs and add-ons listed by FloQast:
- Compliance packages (Connected Compliance for SOX 404a, Compliance Pro for 404b testing) are separate from the close packages.
- FloQast Reporting (intercompany, consolidation) and FloQast Transform (no-code AI agents) are separate packages.
Implementation: FloQast uses its own professional services team and certified partners for implementation. No implementation fee is published.

Ask what sizes the quote if not users
Without per-user fees, the price is tied to something else. Get entities, ERPs and reconciliation counts written into the quote.
Price Close Automation now
Most teams start with Close Optimization. Get Close Automation priced in the same quote so the upgrade cost is known.
Confirm who implements
Ask whether your implementation is done by FloQast or a partner, and whether the fee is fixed.
Bring your entity and reconciliation counts, since those are what size the quote. The month-end close checklist gives you the task list and the account reconciliation template gives you the count, and Numeric's transaction-based pricing is the clearest contrast in basis.
