Numeric publishes no prices, so the table below lists the packages it sells and what each one covers instead of a figure. Work out what your quote will be built from before the first call, and ask for a price on the package you expect to add next while sales is still answering questions.

If the number comes back above budget, the cheaper options are on Numeric alternatives, or start from the best Accounting Software.

Pricing on transactions rather than seats changes who it suits, so compare the basis directly: Numeric next to BlackLine, Numeric next to FloQast and Numeric next to Trintech Cadency, inside accounting software.

What pushes Numeric cost up

Numeric says it prices on business context, from number of transactions to number of seats. A team with high bank-transaction volume will see Cash Management priced differently from a team using only the close checklist.

Most customers start with one or two products on top of their existing ERP and add more later. The largest step is ERP Replacement, where Numeric becomes the system of record in place of an ERP such as NetSuite.

Numeric add-ons and extra fees

Extra costs and add-ons listed by Numeric:

  • Each of the four products is priced on its own and can be added later.

Implementation: Numeric says onboarding and data migration are scoped upfront during evaluation. No fee is published.

What to confirm before you sign

Share real transaction counts

Because transaction volume sets price, bring monthly journal line and bank transaction counts to the first call.

Get the migration scope in writing

Numeric scopes onboarding and data migration upfront. Make sure that scope and any fee are in the order form.

Price the product you will add next

If you plan to add Cash Management or Billing & Revenue later, ask for that price now.

Pull your real volumes before the first call. The account reconciliation template and the month-end close checklist give you the journal line and bank transaction counts the quote is built from, and FloQast's no-seat-fee packages are the contrast worth pricing.
