HighRadius pricing and plans
HighRadius does not publish prices. Its pricing page describes an annual SaaS subscription with no upfront license fee, priced on the modules you use, and sends buyers to a consultant for a quote.
HighRadius publishes no prices; checked on 25 Sep 2026 at highradius.com/pricing. No free trial is listed.
HighRadius publishes no prices, so the table below lists the packages it sells and what each one covers instead of a figure. Work out what your quote will be built from before the first call, and ask for a price on the package you expect to add next while sales is still answering questions.
If the number comes back above budget, the cheaper options are on HighRadius alternatives, or start from the best AR Automation Software.

Modular quotes are only comparable once you fix the module list, so start with the head-to-heads: HighRadius next to Upflow, HighRadius next to Versapay and HighRadius next to Quadient AR, within accounts receivable automation.
What pushes HighRadius cost up
HighRadius sells order-to-cash, treasury and record-to-report as separate products (collections, cash application, deductions, credit, e-invoicing, cash forecasting, close and reconciliation, and more). The quote is built from the modules you license, so each extra module adds to the annual subscription.
HighRadius says the subscription covers servers, storage and infrastructure management, and that there are no separate upgrade or maintenance charges. Ask how the price scales with invoice or remittance volume, business units and ERPs connected, since the page does not say.
HighRadius add-ons and extra fees
Extra costs and add-ons listed by HighRadius:
- Every module (for example Cash Application, Deductions, Credit, Cash Forecasting) is priced into the subscription separately.
Implementation: No implementation fee is published. Ask whether implementation is quoted separately from the subscription.
What to confirm before you sign
List the modules you need in year one
Quotes are modular. Start with the AR module that fixes your biggest problem and get prices for the next two you are likely to add.
Ask what volume metric applies
The pricing page does not name one. Confirm whether invoices, remittances, customers or business units drive the tier.
Separate implementation from subscription
Get implementation services, ERP connectors and change requests priced as their own lines.
Price the collections module against the cash it should release. The AR aging and collections tracker gives you the baseline and the AR automation cash flow calculator turns a DSO improvement into a number. Upflow's revenue-banded plans show a different pricing basis for the same job.
