Procurify: purchase order software platform

Procurify publishes no prices. Checked on 16 October 2026, its pricing page explains the shape of a quote instead: every customer starts with Purchasing on the Procurify Platform, then adds products and add-ons, and the quote is built from products, add-ons, Pro users and integrations. Buy it when most of your users only raise requests.

The short answer

Buy Procurify if hundreds of people across your organisation need to raise and receive purchase requests while only a dozen approve, code or report, because Basic users are unlimited and only Pro users carry a price. Buy it too if you want to start with purchasing alone and add payables or cards later without changing platform, and if your ledger is QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Skip it if you need a number before a sales call, because nothing on the pricing page carries a figure. Skip it if you want one bundled price for the whole spend lifecycle, since Accounts Payable and Expense & Card are separate products and Guided Intake and Contracts are separate add-ons. And skip it if your system of record is SAP or Oracle, which are not on the listed integrations.

Where Procurify fits

Procurify is built for finance and operations teams that want control to start at the request rather than at the invoice. Its three named workflows describe the sequence plainly: Intake-to-Approve for requests, Purchase-to-Receive for orders and receipts, and Invoice-to-Pay for matching and payment. The distinctive bit is the user model. Basic users are unlimited and can request orders and receive items, while pricing is determined by Pro users, who hold role-based permissions. If your requester population is large and your approver population is small, that is the single most important fact on the page.

The product is sold in layers, and the layers are explicit. Purchasing is the foundation every customer starts with: order requests, purchase orders, product catalogs and vendors. Accounts Payable is a separate product covering bills captured and matched automatically, exceptions resolved before payment, and payments worldwide by ACH, wire or check in the US and EFT in Canada. Expense & Card is another, covering virtual and physical cards with built-in limits and employee expense submission. Each is described as a complete workflow priced as an add-on to Purchasing.

A good deal arrives in the platform tier rather than as an upsell, which is worth checking against your current renewal quotes elsewhere. Included with every Procurify plan: approval routing, spend insights, accounting integrations with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Dynamics 365, PunchOut integrations for sites such as Amazon Business, Staples and ZAGENO, account codes mapped to your chart of accounts, category-level budgets, the Spend Analyst AI assistant, smart search, user roles and permissions, a REST platform API, security covering MFA, SSO, SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR, a dedicated implementation team, 24/5 support, a customer success manager and the mobile app. SSO and SOC 2 are frequently gated behind a higher tier by competitors in this category.

Where it narrows is the ledger list and the add-on boundary. The accounting integrations named are QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics, which covers most of the mid-market and excludes SAP and Oracle. Meanwhile two capabilities many buyers assume are core sit outside: Guided Intake, the conversational intake that captures information up front and routes each request, and Contracts, which stores contract documents, tracks PO spend against contract values and sends renewal reminders. Both are labelled add-on, and neither has a published price.

So the fit question is less about features than about shape. Procurify suits an organisation that can name a small number of Pro users today, intends to add products in a known order, and is comfortable that each addition is a commercial conversation. It suits less well a team that needs a fixed total cost for three years, because a modular quote grows every time a workflow or a licensed role is added, and none of those increments is published.

Procurify pricing

Procurify publishes no prices, and it is unusually clear about what a quote is assembled from. Checked on 16 October 2026, the pricing page carries no figures at all: instead it names four inputs, products, add-ons, users and integrations, and says the quote is built around them. It also states that pricing does not exclusively reflect a per-user cost, that Basic users are unlimited, and that pricing is determined by Pro users. That is more useful than a vague starting price would be, because it tells you exactly which four numbers to prepare before the call.

Four inputs, in the order they move the quote.

  1. Pro users, which is the metric Procurify names outright. Basic users are unlimited and can request orders and receive items; Pro users get role-based permissions and drive the price. So before you ask for a quote, count the people who need to approve, buy, code or report, not the people who work at the company. Then ask where the Pro user bands sit, what the next band costs, and whether a role can be downgraded from Pro to Basic mid-term when someone changes job.
  2. Which products you buy. Purchasing is the foundation. Accounts Payable, covering bills, exception handling and payments by ACH, wire or check in the US and EFT in Canada, is a separate product. Expense & Card, covering spending cards and employee expenses, is another. Ask for each priced on its own line so you can start with purchasing alone and see precisely what adding payables or cards costs later rather than at renewal.
  3. The two named add-ons, both of which sit inside a workflow rather than beside it. Guided Intake is the conversational intake experience that captures the right information up front and routes each request automatically. Contracts stores contract documents, tracks PO spend against contract values and issues renewal reminders. If intake routing or renewal tracking is the reason the project exists, these are not optional extras and their price should be in the first quote, not the second.
  4. Integrations, which Procurify lists as a quote input in its own right. The platform tier already includes accounting sync with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Dynamics 365, PunchOut integrations and a REST platform API, so ask specifically what the fourth input is paying for: a connector outside that list, a non-standard configuration, or implementation work. Get the answer before you accept that integrations are a cost line.

What costs extra

  • Accounts Payable and Expense & Card are described as products priced as add-ons on top of Purchasing. No figure is published for either.
  • Guided Intake and Contracts are both labelled add-on on the pricing page, with no price published for either.
  • Included with every plan at no separately published cost: approval routing, spend insights, accounting integrations, PunchOut integrations, account codes, budgets, the Spend Analyst AI assistant, smart search, user roles and permissions, the platform API, security covering MFA, SSO, SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR, the implementation team, 24/5 customer support, a customer success manager and the mobile app.

Implementation and commercial terms

The rows below are what Procurify's own pricing page confirms as of 16 October 2026. The page is generous about what the platform includes and silent about every amount, so read each blank as a question for sales.

Published price
None. Request pricing is the only route to a figure.
Pricing basis
A custom quote built from products, add-ons, users and integrations. Determined by Pro users, with Basic users unlimited.
Packaging
Purchasing is the foundation. Accounts Payable and Expense & Card are products. Guided Intake and Contracts are add-ons.
Implementation fee
None published. A dedicated implementation team of onboarding specialists is listed with every plan.
Support
24/5 customer support plus a dedicated customer success manager, listed as included.
Security and compliance
MFA, SSO, SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR, listed in the platform tier rather than as a paid upgrade.
Free trial
None listed. Procurify offers interactive on-demand product tours and a booked demo.

Budget Procurify by preparing its four inputs rather than by estimating a price. Write down your true Pro user count, the products you need now, the add-ons you will need within a year, and the exact connector your ledger requires, then ask for each as a separate line on the quote with the price of the next Pro user band and the next product fixed in writing. Because nothing is published, the only honest comparison is against a vendor that does publish: put ProcureDesk's seat-inclusive plans and Precoro's package starting prices next to your Procurify quote and make the quote justify the difference out loud.

What Procurify gives up

You give up the ability to sanity-check the number you are given. With no published figure anywhere, you cannot tell whether your quote is the standard one, whether a company your size paid less, or whether a renewal uplift is reasonable. The remedy is a competitive process rather than a better estimate: two live quotes discipline each other in a way that no price page can. Ask for multi-year discount terms and exit terms in the same conversation, because both are easier to win before you are a reference customer.

You give up a fixed total as you grow, by design. The pricing model follows adoption: you add products as you introduce new workflows and layer add-ons on top. That is genuinely useful if you want to start narrow, and it means every expansion is a new negotiation. A finance team that has to forecast software cost three years out is forecasting a series of conversations, so get the price of the next product and the next Pro user band written down now.

You give up a bundled procure-to-pay price. Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Expense & Card are separate products, so the full lifecycle Procurify markets as one platform arrives as three commercial items. Guided Intake and Contracts make five. Vendors that publish a single plan covering requisitions through payment are easier to compare, and the modular structure means a feature-by-feature comparison against them understates what Procurify costs to match.

You give up SAP and Oracle. The accounting integrations named are QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics, with PunchOut connections to sites including Amazon Business, Staples and ZAGENO and a REST API for everything else. If your system of record is SAP or Oracle, you are either relying on the API and custom work or looking at a different tier of the market, and the API route belongs in the quote rather than in a later change order.

You give up the clean user story the moment a Basic user needs one Pro permission. Unlimited Basic users is the strongest commercial feature here, and it holds only while those users do nothing but request and receive. The person who also needs to code a line, run a report or approve in someone's absence becomes a Pro user. Audit your role list against what Pro unlocks before you accept a Pro count, since that boundary is where the quote quietly grows.

How Procurify compares

In purchase order software the first split is whether a price exists on the page, because it sets how much of your evaluation is modelling and how much is negotiation. Procurify and SAP Ariba publish nothing, ProcureDesk publishes seat-inclusive list prices, and Precoro publishes package starting prices. Every price below comes from that vendor's own pricing page, checked on 16 October 2026, and nothing unpublished has been estimated.

ToolBest forPriceWhere it breaks
ProcurifyLarge requester populations with few licensed approvers, on a modular rolloutNot published, quote onlyQuote grows with every product, add-on and Pro user, and none of those increments is published
ProcureDeskControllers who want a list price with an included seat count$830/month (10 users) or $1,250/month (20 users), billed annuallyExtra users are $20/mo and both add-on modules are quoted on the demo call
PrecoroMulti-entity purchasing on QuickBooks Online or XeroFrom $499/month (Core and AP Module), from $999/month (Automation)ERP integration and unlimited users sit in an unpriced Enterprise tier
SAP AribaEnterprise source-to-pay inside an existing SAP estateNot published, quote onlyNo pricing page exists, and network and implementation costs sit outside the licence

What to test in a Procurify demo

No free trial is listed. Procurify offers interactive on-demand product tours and a booked demo, with Request pricing as the route to a number, so the evaluation has two jobs: prove the workflow and extract the four quote inputs. Treat the second as the harder one.

  1. Separate your Pro users from your Basic users before the first call, then make Procurify confirm the split. Walk through your real role list, person by person, and ask which side each one lands on. Anyone who codes a line, runs a report or approves in a colleague's absence is the test case, because that boundary is where the price is set.
  2. Rebuild your worst intake path. Procurify's standard order request flow is included, while Guided Intake is an add-on, so ask the demo to route a messy request, one with a missing cost centre and a non-catalog item, using only what comes with Purchasing. If it needs Guided Intake to work properly, you have found a line item that belongs in the first quote.
  3. Connect the ledger you run and push documents through it. Accounting sync with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is in the platform tier, so raise a purchase order, receive it, match an invoice and check the GL entries and account codes in your own system. If you are on something else, this is the session where you find out what the REST API commits you to building.
  4. Price each product and add-on as its own line. Ask for Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Expense & Card, Guided Intake and Contracts quoted separately, then ask what the next Pro user band costs and what the fourth quote input, integrations, is charging for given the connectors already in the platform tier.
  5. Pin the controls and the exit terms while sales is still motivated. MFA, SSO, SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR are listed as included, so get that in the order form rather than from a web page, along with who can approve or reverse a payment, how long records are retained, and what you can export if you leave. Payments run by ACH, wire or check in the US and EFT in Canada, so confirm your own payment rails are covered.

Frequently asked questions about Procurify

How much does Procurify cost per month?

Procurify publishes no monthly price and no starting price. As of 16 October 2026 its pricing page carries no figures at all: every quote is custom and built around four inputs it names, products, add-ons, users and integrations, with Request pricing as the only route to a number.

Is Procurify priced per user?

Partly. Procurify states its pricing does not exclusively reflect a per-user cost, that Basic users who request orders and receive items are unlimited, and that pricing is determined by Pro users, who hold role-based permissions. Products, add-ons and integrations also feed the quote. No rate is published.

What is Procurify used for?

Controlling company spend from the request forward. Procurify covers three workflows: Intake-to-Approve for purchase requests and approvals, Purchase-to-Receive for purchase orders and receiving, and Invoice-to-Pay for invoice matching and vendor payment, with budgets, account codes and spend reporting across all three.

What is included in Procurify's base pricing?

Purchasing on the Procurify Platform: order requests, purchase orders, product catalogs and vendors, plus approval routing, budgets, spend insights, account codes, user roles, accounting and PunchOut integrations, the platform API, security, implementation, 24/5 support, a customer success manager and the mobile app.

What costs extra on top of Procurify's base plan?

Accounts Payable and Expense & Card are separate products priced as add-ons to Purchasing, and Guided Intake and Contracts are labelled add-ons on the pricing page. No figure is published for any of the four, so ask for each as its own quote line.

Does Procurify have a free trial?

No trial is listed. Procurify offers interactive, on-demand product tours and a booked demo instead, with Request pricing as the route to a figure. Since no price is published either, use the demo to extract the quote inputs as well as to test the workflow.

Which accounting systems does Procurify integrate with?

Accounting sync with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is listed in the platform tier that comes with every plan, along with PunchOut integrations for sites including Amazon Business, Staples and ZAGENO, and a REST platform API.

Does Procurify handle accounts payable and corporate cards?

Yes, as separate products. Accounts Payable captures and matches vendor invoices, resolves exceptions before payment, and pays by ACH, wire or check in the US and EFT in Canada. Expense & Card issues virtual and physical cards with built-in limits and handles employee expenses. Both are priced as add-ons.

How long does Procurify take to implement?

Procurify publishes no timeline. It lists a dedicated implementation team of onboarding specialists under the platform capabilities included with every plan, alongside 24/5 support and a customer success manager, with no implementation fee published. Ask for a dated plan and named deliverables in the order form.

Is Procurify SOC 2 compliant?

Procurify lists SOC 2 Type 2 certification, GDPR compliance, MFA and SSO under the platform security that comes with every plan rather than as a paid upgrade, together with user roles and permissions controlling who can request, approve, view and manage spend. Get the current report from Procurify directly.
