What pushes Versapay cost up
Versapay sells an AR platform (cash application, digital invoicing and customer portal, collections, reporting) and B2B payment services (ACH, credit card, ERP-embedded payments). The software subscription and the payment processing fees are separate costs, so ask for both.
If you move card acceptance to Versapay, bring a recent merchant statement to the call so you can compare its effective rate with what you pay today.

Implementation: No implementation fee is published. Versapay connects to NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365 and other ERPs through APIs or flat files; ask whether your connector is included.

Card processing fees can outweigh the subscription. Compare Versapay's effective rate with your current processor on the same statement.
Ask about card rate reductions and surcharging
Ask which card transactions qualify for lower interchange and whether surcharging is supported where you sell.
Confirm the ERP connector
Check whether your ERP has a native connector or needs flat-file work, and who maintains it.
